Refund Policy

CaptureWithAxel sells downloadable digital LUT files. No physical item is shipped or needs to be returned.

Digital purchases
Digital purchases are generally final after access or download, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not exclude rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.

Technical or delivery problems
If you cannot download, open or use the supplied files as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help troubleshoot and, where appropriate, provide replacement files. If a technical or delivery problem cannot be resolved, we will provide a refund or another remedy required by applicable law. You do not have to accept troubleshooting that would improperly delay a statutory remedy.

EU customers
For customers residing in the European Union, digital products are supplied immediately after successful payment. By expressly consenting to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledging that delivery will begin before the end of the applicable withdrawal period, you understand and agree that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This does not affect any other mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Where the legal conditions for losing the withdrawal right have not been met, your withdrawal right remains available. Where applicable, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract by sending a clear statement identifying your order. We will provide confirmation and process any refund required by law within the applicable statutory period. This policy alone does not constitute your express consent or acknowledgement.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. No physical return or return-shipping fee applies.
