Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases of the CaptureWithAxel LUT Collection through this store. The product is a digital download containing 8 Creative LUTs in .CUBE format and an installation guide. No physical product or editing software is included.

Compatibility and results
The collection is designed for Insta360 Luna Ultra and Insta360 X6 footage. You need an editor that supports custom .CUBE LUT imports. The guide covers DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and CapCut; support may vary by app version and platform. Review compatibility before buying. LUTs provide a creative starting look, and results vary with the source footage and adjustments.

Orders and payment
Provide a correct email address so we can deliver your files and order information. Your final price, currency and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout before payment. LIMITED TIME LAUNCH PRICE: USD $19.90; regular price: USD $39.90. Payment must succeed before digital delivery begins.

Digital delivery
After successful payment, download access is provided electronically as described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Keep your order email and download link secure. Contact us if access fails.

Use of the files
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the LUTs in your own personal and commercial video projects, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, share or repackage the LUT files or installation guide as standalone products. Ownership of the supplied LUTs and guide remains with their rights holder. You retain ownership of your footage and finished videos.

Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains refunds, technical problems and applicable withdrawal rights. Agreeing to these terms does not by itself waive an EU customer's withdrawal right. Any required consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the loss of that right must be obtained separately before delivery begins and confirmed as required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any mandatory protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Store use and updates
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
