Digital Delivery Policy

The CaptureWithAxel LUT Collection is a digital product. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping charge applies.

What you receive
Your package includes 8 Creative LUTs in .CUBE format and an installation guide covering DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and CapCut where custom LUT import is supported.

Delivery timing
Download access is supplied automatically after successful payment, subject to any required payment or security review. Pending or failed payments do not release the files. Where required, immediate delivery also depends on your prior express consent and acknowledgement concerning the statutory withdrawal right.

Accessing your download
Use the download action on the Thank You or Order Status page, or the download link sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Download the ZIP, unzip it, and open the installation guide first. An internet connection, sufficient storage and compatible editing software are required.

Download access
Downloads are currently unlimited for your purchase. Keep your link private; unlimited downloads do not permit sharing or redistribution of the package.

Missing email or technical problems
Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. If your payment succeeded but your files are unavailable, contact us with your order number. We will help restore access or resolve the problem. If a delivery or technical issue cannot be resolved, our Refund Policy and your mandatory consumer rights apply.
